Bullying/Retaliation Reporting
Reports of bullying and retaliation are taken seriously and will not be tolerated at CDH. If you are a student, parent/guardian of a student, a close adult relative or a witness to a potential incident that involves bullying or retaliation, please complete the Bullying/Retaliation Reporting Form below to submit a report electronically to the Director and Principal of CDH. If preferred, non-CDH employees may submit this form anonymously.
